Utilized this company for my daughter’s 1st birthday party and they were FREAKIN AWESOME!!!!!! Let me start off with, I called them 3 days before her party (I’m so last minute) and they had a castle available. They were super communicative, on time, affordable and the bouncy house was CLEAN!!!! Everyone who came complemented how clean the castle was. When it came time for take down, they let me know ahead of time, asked if the take down time worked for us and they were beyond friendly. Not only that, I just got a thank you note in the mail along with them letting me know my next rental will be discounted. Talk about TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!! Highly recommend and will be using them again!!! Thank you so much Jump for Joy for making my daughter’s party memorable!!! ❤️
