I wanted to thank Country Time Party Rentals for being AMAZING from the first time we walked in the door! Kaila was so helpful with everything with my daughter’s wedding and the delivery team was wonderful as well! They all went above and beyond and played an important role in making my daughter’s dream wedding come to life! Thank you again!

I've used this place a few times in the past without any problems. However, the last time I used them the lady on the phone was so rude and mean. After the Pandemic like many businesses prices went up. I mentioned it to her and was told very coldly if I didn't like it, don't book it. She didn't care about my business one way or the other. I'm taking her advice. I'll never use Country Time again. Spending my money where it will be appreciated.

Called them today and tried to order some tables and chairs for our 10 year wedding anniversary party and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and would not accept our order because it wasn't "big enough". We were prepared to pay whatever delivery fee was associated for our small event as we don't have the means to pick up what we needed and they still wouldn't accept our order. I don't understand how a business would turn down work/money AND have such rude customer service. I would not recommend using Country Time Rentals right now. Very disappointed. 😔

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice facility with a showroom . Lots of supplies and equipment for all kinds of party needs. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use there services again when the need arises.

We have been renting bouncy houses one a year for the past 4 yrs and plan to continue to do it twice a yr now for two birthday parties. This place is awesome pricing! For us we pick up on Saturday morning and drop off Monday morning. So 2 days for less than 200$.... so much better than 100$ for 2 HOURS. They are NOT hard to blow up. Our daughter tells us repeatedly that the bouncy houses are a must!!! And they are a great hit also.
